Hua Hin Hotels

Located 105 miles (170 kilometers) south of Bangkok on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand, Hua Hin is a peaceful beach resort popular with both foreign and Thai families, and the upper middle class of Bangkok. The beach at Hua Hin is 5 kilometers long and has beautiful white powdery sand and clear azure water, ideal for swimming. A lot quieter than other beach towns, Hua Hin is ideal for a family vacation, and boasts a number of beautiful golf courses. Hua Hin was Thailand's first beach resort, where King Rama IV built the first royal summer palace, and his son, King Rama V built the Klai Kangwon Palace, and it is still in use by the Royal Family today. If you can wake up early enough, the sunrises in Hua Hin are spectacular.
