<p>If you received an email from "reservthaihotels.com" or "reservations reservethai", please reply to that email with your inquiry/request. Please be sure to leave the booking number in the subject title.</p>
<p>If your reservation was made in conjunction with Agoda and ReserveThaiHotels, you can click on the blue chat button (like the one shown below) on the front page of this site to chat live with a customer service agent.</p>
