Springfield Village Golf and Spa resort is an excellent alternative to the more standard resorts found in this beautiful part of Thailand. Guests can enjoy the huge range of leisure facilities on offer here, or you can choose to sit back and relax around the large swimming pool or enjoy a relaxing session in the on-site spa.
Location:Located just a short distance from the attractive small beach town of Cha Am, Springfield Village Golf and Spa is also very close to the larger town of Hua Hin and approximately 2 hours by road from Bangkok.Accommodation:The accommodation at Springfield Village is set amongst tropical gardens and there is a good range of room types available to suit different tastes and different budgets. The 45 Deluxe Rooms are spacious and attractively furnished with dark woods and bamboos accenting the neutral, earthy color schemes. All rooms feature air conditioning, refrigerator, mini-bar, cable TV and DVD and CD player, a porch swing, coffee maker, shower and Jacuzzi. In addition to the Deluxe Rooms there are 25 Deluxe Cottages, which although a little smaller, feel more private and individual. Guests who prefer the ‘cottage’ benefit but would like more space can choose from one of the two Junior Suite Cottages. There are 25 Junior Suites which offer extra space to the Deluxe Rooms, or the ultra spacious Grand Junior Suites with living room and dining area. The largest available accommodation at Springfield Village Golf and Spa is the Family Suite. There is just one Family Suite which is located in the villa and right next to the swimming pool.
Facilities & Services:The main feature of Springfield Village Golf and Spa is of obviously the 27-hole golf course. Designed by the great Jack Nicklaus this is a beautiful course which has five sets of tees to play from. There are challenges, though this is a course with elements for players of varying skill levels. There is also a pro shop here, meeting and banqueting facilities for up to 350 people, rentals of clubs, golf carts, shoes and umbrellas plus mandatory use of a caddie. Finally for golfers who would like some extra lessons there is the Springfield Golf Learning Center. Additional recreational facilities at Springfield Village include tennis courts, mountain biking, aerobics and yoga classes. There’s an attractive and large freeform swimming pool with a poolside bar. Other dining and drinking opportunities include the international cuisine of the Bird of Paradise and Italian Asian Fusion cuisine in Bosco The Restaurant, whilst Jack’s Lounge in the Club House provides snacks and drinks. After a long day of golf, guests can unwind in the Spa where services include a large selection of massages, facial treatments and body hydrotherapy.
