Bangkok’s first boutique hotel offers stylish, luxurious and cosmopolitan rooms in the center of Bangkok.
Marketed as Bangkok’s first boutique hotel, the relatively new Davis Hotel certainly offers something a little unique to other 4 and 5 star Bangkok hotels. This is a 4 star hotel though in many ways the luxurious touches and stylish furnishings and decorations make this feel more like a 5 star.
Location:Being situated in the heart of Sukhumvit means that the Davis Hotel is in the center of Bangkok’s most popular district. Located on Soi 24 which connects Sukhumvit with Rama 4, there’s an abundance of shopping and entertainment on the doorstep, or the BTS Skytrain is just an 8 minute walk meaning the rest of Bangkok is at your fingertips. Emporium shopping mall is at the end of the street and there is a large international supermarket across the street from the hotel. Accommodation:The boutique aspect of the Davis Hotel, Bangkok is the fact that the guest rooms all offer something different. If you’re looking for a standard hotel room, where each one is exactly the same as the next then the Davis Hotel is not for you! However, if you like variety and luxurious touches, the Davis Hotel is the perfect place to stay while visiting Bangkok! There are 284 guest rooms in total and guests can choose the wing that suits your needs best, whether it be the studios and suites of the Corner Wing, or the attractive rooms and suites of the Main Wing. There are 52 Superior Rooms in the Main Wing, and all are a spacious 42 sq meters and benefit from elegant and stylish, yet comfortable furnishings with luxuries such as a flat screen television with CD and DVD player. The slightly larger Design Rooms, of which there are 40, are all unique; each and every one has a different theme, or choose from one of two designs in the light and airy Deluxe Rooms. The main Wing also benefits from suites, ranging from the spacious one bedroom Junior Suites to the lavish two bedrooms Presidential Suites. The luxury and style continues into the Corner Wing. The cosy Studio Rooms are comfortable and modern, or you can also choose from one of four different suite types – the Premier, Diplomat, Emperor or Ambassador, the last three of which come complete with a sauna and Jacuzzi. However the choices do not stop there; the Davis Hotel also offers ten luxury villas ranging from 164 to 250 square meters. Each comes with a fully equipped kitchen and either 2 or 3 bedrooms. Facilities & Services:The Davis Hotel also offers guests a good variety of facilities and services. Both the Gallery Café and the Corner Café serve a selection of food and drinks, or for a more lively atmosphere head to Club 88 for live evening entertainment. Right next door to the hotel is Camp Davis, a premier retail building where you have more choice for food and drinks in addition to a nail spa and beauty salon. On the 9th floor of the Main Wing is a spa and massage center plus here there is also the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool.
